Farm’d is a community marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers, empowering a more transparent, sustainable system for locally sourced fresh food. Well-funded and working out of the Atlanta Tech Village, Farm’d is working towards a better food system every day.
Working with a small team of dedicated product and experienced designers, you will be here for 3 months to assist in the design experience for our users.
From UX research to UI design, from posters to mobile apps, you’ll have freedom to pick projects that interest you, and to be mentored through from empathy sessions to pixel-perfect wireframes.
Working with our small, dedicated design team to further our product goals and company mission.
Creating collateral for marketing, sales and community, in both print and digital formats. Outside of your projects, we'll ask you to help our marketing and community teams with awesome visuals.
Empathy sessions with our users outside of the office, helping create products that are right for their needs in the field.
Passionate about design and ready to put your Adobe suite skills to work in a startup environment.
The most organized person you know. You have the ability to manage multiple projects at once, flow from task to task with focus and drive.
Independent, self-starting, and full of the desire to create meaningful work in a great environment.
Experienced with, or curious about, the D School design methodology and excited to apply your design skills IRL.
Interested in designing for our marketplace- chefs and farmers aren’t always the most software-savvy individuals, so designing for these users requires a unique mindset.
Studying, or recently graduated from a design program.
Legally allowed to work in the US.
Legally allowed to drive in the state of GA.
High level access to the startup experience, 1:1 meetings with our top leadership, and mentorship from an award-winning sales team.

Compensation package is competitive with the Atlanta marketplace.
Responsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines or to schedule events.
